From Chemical Engineering:
1. R.Ravi- unbelievable class in his teaching and exam papers. One of the few profs where I used to score well when I got the concepts right and poorly when I didn't get them. Can really beat you down intellectually with his questions and in his ability to answer your questions.
2. Shankar Narasimhan- interesting topics, challenging exam papers and really friendly in his attitude and advice. Really interesting work around data analytics and data mining.
3. Arun Tangirala- used to teach Time Series which was among the most challenging courses I took at IITM. Problems also very practical and make you use Matlab in a delightful way.
