we hear a lot of crazy stories before coming to IITM ,
The most craziest story I heard is , Girls out there crave for iitan's ... The reality is boys who come here start craving for girls out there due to the worst possible sex ratio.
The second most craziest one being ... Do you know , IIT Madras students are respected a lot outside in chennai , Even Auto-walas respect us so much that we get a free lift by wearing an IITM jacket. (You would have believed this like i did when you are doing your JEE )

- 70% classes students attend from first year are useless stories.
- RKK stories from first year.
- Big story: what ever you have accomplished is all bullshit , life is all about your hostel , shaastra & saarang , And couple of other clubs.
- How an alum cracked an CAT top rank , became a successful entrepreneur , Became an IITM professor etc
